经皮穿刺股静脉置管后大量渗液的原因分析及护理

摘要
目的：探讨股静脉置管后大量渗液的原因及护理措施。方法：2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日，于我科发现经股静脉置管后发生渗液患者25例，其中男17例，女8例，年龄66~92岁，平均(75.78±7.17)岁，给予物理压迫及药物纠正肝、肾功能等对症处理，结合饮食宣教和心理护理。结果：全部25例患者置管处渗液均得到良好控制。结论：针对置管处大量渗液的患者，采用局部加强换药、积极治疗原发病、加强局部护理并结合心理护理，可以获得满意的临床疗效。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the analysis and discuss the nursing methods after percutaneous femoral vein catheterization. Methods: From January 1, 2013 to September 31, 2013, a total of 25 patients, including 17 male, occurred exudate after percutaneous femoral vein catheterization. The mean age was (75.78±7.17) years. Physical oppression and drugs to keep water electrolyte balance were taken. Results: All the 25 patients recovered. Conclusion: For patients who occurred exudate after percutaneous femoral vein catheterization, considerate nursing was necessary.
