Objective: To explore the related factors about the repeated miscarriage of the urban floating population in Shiyan city. Methods: Selected 5,698 cases of women who come to our hospital for abortion at the time from June 2013 to June 2014, and then do analyze of the related factors about the repeated miscarriage of the urban floating population through questionnaire survey. Results: There 5,684 copies of the questionnaire are effective, which have a rate of 99.8%, and there are 15.8% of women were repeated miscarriage in the 5,684 cases of women who come to our hospital for abortion. The related factors about the repeated miscarriage of the urban floating population main include such as household registration situation, cultural degree, reproductive history, employment status, income situation, contraception and understanding of contraceptive methods. Conclusion: The rate of repeated miscarriage of the urban floating population in Shiyan city is very high, which have a close relationship with the household registration, cognitive level and contraceptive behavior, etc. In order to improve the reproductive health cognition level of the floating population in the city, the relevant departments shall provide timely and effective reproductive health education and services, so we can reduce repetitive abortion rate.
