CT引导胸部复杂部位的穿刺技巧

摘要
在CT引导下的介入手术是一项广为接受、广泛应用且安全有效的诊疗手段。它包括诊断性介入手 术和治疗性介入手术。但是，胸部的一些复杂部位，如纵隔、肺门、隆突下、心脏大血管附近， 用常规操作方法难以穿刺。随着CT引导技术和穿刺活检技术的发展，这些曾被视为穿刺“禁区” 的部位也成为CT引导下穿刺的适应征。本文回顾和总结一些适用于胸部复杂部位的穿刺技术和穿 刺方法。

Abstract
CT-guidance is a well-accepted, safe and effective technique for a broad range of percutaneous interventions, including diagnostic interventions and therapeutic interventions. However some intrathoracic regions are difficult to reach, such as mediastinal, hilar, subcarinal, and zone near heart and great vessels. Improvements in development of CT-guidance technology and new biopsy techniques have improved the safety and efficacy of the procedure in these difficult-to-reach regions which previously considered relatively inaccessible. In this article, we review the various specific biopsy techniques and methods of safely assessing difficult-to-reach lesions.
