摘要

上皮间质转化(epithelial to mesenchymal transition,EMT)对肿瘤转移过程至关重要。在EMT形成 中,两个EMT标志性蛋白E-钙粘蛋白和波形蛋白是通过多个信号转导通路被严格控制的。表皮生 长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)和转换生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)通过 调节一组独特的转录因子促进EMT的形成,这些独特的转录因子包括Snail 和 Twist。Snail、Twist 和Slug通过直接调控参与细胞黏附、迁移和侵袭的基因诱导EMT的发生。本文将重点阐述头颈部 鳞状细胞癌细胞中EMT发生过程中的分子机制,为进一步研究头颈部鳞状细胞癌的转移机制提供 理论基础。

Abstract

Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) is essential to the process of tumor metastasis. During EMT, Two hall-mark EMT proteins, E-Cadherin and Vimentin, are tightly controlled during EMT through multiple signal transduction pathways. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) promote EMT by regulating a distinct set of transcription factors, including Snail and Twist. Snail, Twist, and Slug are integral to the induction of EMT through direct regulation of genes involved in cellular adhesion, migration, and invasion. This review highlights the molecular mechanism of EMT in HNSCC cell, in order to further study the transfer mechanism of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma to provide theoretical basis.
