血压正常的2型糖尿病患者24 h动态血压与血清 胱抑素C相关性研究

摘要
目的 探讨血压正常的2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者24h动态血压与血清胱抑素C( cystatin C,Cys C)的相关性。方法 入选符合纳入标准的T2DM患者80例,据血清Cys C水平将患者分为正常组(Cys C<1.25mg/L,共42例)和异常组(Cys C>1.25mg/L,共40例),同时所有患者均进行24 h动态血压监测(ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,ABPM)。结果 两组患者在24h收缩压(24hSBP) 、白天收缩压(dSBP)、夜间收缩压(nSBP)、24h平均动脉压(24hMAP)、白天平均动脉压(dMAP)、夜间平均动脉压(nMAP)、夜间收缩压最低均值、起床前2h收缩压均值及起床后2h收缩压均值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在24hDBP、dDBP、nDBP、夜间舒张压最低均值、起床前2h舒张压均值及起床后2h舒张压均值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对Cys C作Pearson 相关分析显示,Cys C与24hSBP、dSBP、nSBP、24hMAP、dMAP、nMAP、夜间收缩压最低均值、起床前2h收缩压均值及起床后2h收缩压均值呈正相关(P<0.05),但与24hDBP、dDBP、nDBP、夜间舒张压最低均值、起床前2h舒张压均值及起床后2h舒张压均值无相关(P>0.05)。结论 血压正常的T2DM患者,早期肾功能损害与收缩压均值及MAP呈正相关,而与舒张压均值无相关。

Abstract
Objective TO investigate the relationship of between 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure and serum cystatin in type 2 diabetes mellitus with normal blood pressure. Methods A total of 80 patients with T2DM met the inclusion criteria were enrolled.These 80 cases were divided into normal control group (Cys C<1.25mg/L, a total of 42 cases) and the exception group (Cys C>1.25mg/L, a total of 40 cases) according to Serum Cystatin c levels.
