循环肿瘤细胞的检测对乳腺癌诊治意义的研究现状

摘要
目前已有证据表明循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cell，CTC)和无病生存期，无进展生存期和总生 存期相关。检测外周血循环肿瘤细胞(peripheral blood circulating tumor cells，CTCS)已经成为在癌症 诊断中热门领域之一。检测CTC预测癌转移的方法证明优于一些传统的方法，且具有早期、高效、 可靠及可重复性好等特点。本文总结国内外乳腺癌循环肿瘤细胞在检测手段及相关临床意义方面的 研究进展，以及有关CTC检测项目在研究肿瘤转移过程中的地位、必要性及未来的发展方向。

Abstract
There are some evidence shows the relationship between circulating tumor cell (CTC) and disease-free survival, progression-free survival and overall survival. Detection of peripheral blood circulating tumor cells (CTCS) has become one of the hot areas in cancer diagnosis. It has been proved that the detection of CTC forecast method of cancer metastasis better than some traditional methods, which is early, efficient, reliable and good repeatability. This article summarized the progress of testing breast cancer CTCs methods and the related clinical significance, and its status, the necessity and the development direction of the future in tumor metastasis’s research.
