晚期糖基化终末产物的特性及其检测

摘要
晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)是机体长寿蛋白质或核酸等大分子物质被糖化的产物,它参与了糖尿病慢性并发症、动脉粥样硬化、尿毒症、阿尔茨海默病、白内障等疾病和衰老的发生、发展。检测人体内AGEs含量对上述疾病的研究和干预具有重要意义。本文简要概述了AGEs的来源、性质、致病机制及其检测方法。

Abstract
Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are the glycosylated products of organic macromolecules, such as longevity protein, nucleic acid, and so on, which are involved in the occurrence and development of the chronic complications of diabetes, atherosclerosis, uremia, Alzheimer's disease, cataracts and other diseases as well as senescence. It is important to detect the level of AGEs for study and intervention of the diseases mentioned above. This paper briefly summarizes the AGEs' formation, property, pathogenic mechanism and the methods for AGEs detection.
