摘要
八聚体4(octamer 4,oct4)基因是POU转录因子家族中的一员,主要表达于胚胎干细胞、生殖干细胞及多种肿瘤细胞中,对维持胚胎干细胞的多潜能性和自我更新具有重要的作用,有望成为靶向治疗的新靶点。

Abstract
Oct4 (octamer 4) gene is a member of the POU transcription factor family and predominantly expressed in embryonic stem cells, germline stem cells and tumor cells. It plays an important role in the maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency and self-renewal. It is expected to become a new target for targeting therapy.
