恶性蝾螈瘤1例报道及临床病理与PET/CT影像分析

摘要
恶性蝾螈瘤是伴有横纹肌肉瘤分化的恶性外周神经肿瘤，是一种非常罕见的恶性肿瘤，本文参考了国内外所报道的数例病例，并结合临床所遇一例蝾螈瘤病例，对恶性蝾螈瘤的病理及免疫组化诊断、PET/CT影像及相关疾病鉴别诊断的研究现状进行了总结和分析。

Abstract
The malignant triton tumor (MTT) is a rare malignant tumor which characterized of leiomyosarcoma differentiation in malignant peripheral nerve tumor. This article referred to some cases reported in recent years combining with a MTT case countered in clinical practice and made a summary analysis of its pathologic and immunohistochemical features, PET/CT imaging and related differential diagnosis at present status of the research.
