摘要

支气管哮喘是由多种细胞(如嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、气道上皮细胞等)及细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病,其病因及发病机制相当复杂。老年阶段是哮喘发病的另一个高峰,近年来,老年人口呈明显递增趋势,老年人哮喘的有效防治已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一。老年人哮喘与青年人哮喘在临床特点及细胞免疫方面均存在较大差别,哮喘相关炎症细胞的老龄化改变可能参与了老年哮喘的发病,现就哮喘相关炎症细胞及其老龄化改变进行综述,希望能为老年哮喘发病机制的探索提供新思路。

Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disease, and its pathological process involved in many cells (such as eosinophils, mast cells, T lymphocytes, neutrophils, airway epithelial cells, etc.) and cellular components. So far, it’s etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated. Compared with adolescent, the aged is another peak easy-to-onset phase of asthma. In recent years, the elderly population increasely grows, effective prevention and treatment of the elderly asthma has gradually become one of the focal issues. In terms of clinical manifestations and cellular immunity, there is a big difference between the aged and young people with asthma. Aging changes of asthma-related inflammatory cells may take part in the pathogenesis of asthma in the elderly. Here, the aging-related changes of these cells were reviewed. Authors hope to provide new ideas for the exploration of the pathogenesis of asthma in the elderly.
