HMGB1与肝缺血再灌注损伤相关性的研究进展

摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1(High mobility group box 1,HMGB1)是存在于真核生物细胞内一类典型的非组蛋白染色体结合蛋白,参与基因转录、DNA修复、细胞分化及细胞外信号传导,当其释放到细胞外时,可导致一系列的炎症级联反应。缺血再灌注是肝切除术和肝移植过程中无法避免的环节,是导致术后炎症反应、肝细胞坏死、移植肝无功能和急、慢性排斥反应的重要原因。已有研究表明HMGB1在肝缺血再灌注损伤中起到十分重要的作用,对损伤过程中与HMGB1相关的环节研究,将成为预防和治疗肝缺血再灌注损伤的重要途径,充分的了解HMGB1在肝缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及其机制,已经成为目前研究的焦点之一。因此本文就此作一简要综述。

Abstract
High mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) is a kind of typical non-histone chromosomal protein (NHCP) existing in eukaryotic biological cells, and involves in the transcription, DNA repair, differentiation, occurrence and extracellular signal transduction. When released from the dead cells, it results in a series of inflammatory cascade reactions. Hepatic ischemia reperfusion is an essential step in the partial hepatic surgery and hepatic transplantation, and is the critical factor induced the inflammatory response, hepatic cells necrosis, non-function of transplanted hepatic and acute and chronic rejection reaction. There are some researches demonstrated that HMGB1 plays a vital role during the process of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury, and it will become the new method preventing and treating this injury to research the main steps involved HMGB1 during the whole program. Recently medical researchers pay more and more attention on this field; the effect and relevant mechanism of HMGB1 have become the hot spot. This paper also focuses on these issues.
