外泌体的功能浅析

摘要
外泌体是一种由多种细胞分泌,直径在40~100 nm左右的微小囊泡,其间包含了丰富的蛋白质,miRNA以及RNA片段,能够参与细胞之间的物质转导和信号交流。本文将从外泌体的形成、分泌、构成,以及与肿瘤,心血管疾病,神经系统疾病的关系等方面进行综述。

Abstract
Exosome is a kind of small vesicles, whose diameter is about 40~100 nm. It contains a wealth of protein, miRNA and RNA fragments which may influence signal communication and substances exchange between cells. This article will review the formation, secretion, composition of exosome as well as the relationships with cancer, cardiovascular and neurological disease.
