Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of systematic nursing measures in treating constipation of patients with anal fissure after operation. Methods: A total of 220 patients with anal fissure after operation in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into systematic nursing group and routine nursing group, 110 patients for each group. Patients in the routine nursing group were cared by routine nursing measures while patients in the systematic nursing group were cared by systematic nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing group. Postoperative constipation, defecation grading, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: Compared to routine nursing group, patients in the systematic nursing group had lower rate of the first defecation, forced defecation, dry stool and hard, defecation incompletely within 3 days (P<0.05). Compared to routine nursing group, patients in the systematic nursing group had higher rate of grade 0 of defecation, lower rate of grade 2 of defecation in 3, 5 days after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Systematic nursing measures can improve constipation of patients with anal fissure after operation and reduce postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
