程序化和谐护理对提高体检中心护理质量及体检者满意度的效果

摘要
目的：探讨程序化和谐护理对提高体检中心护理质量及体检者满意度的效果。方法：2013年1月至2015年1月选取1 200名在本院接受身体健康检查的体检者为研究对象，根据体检时间分为对照组(2013年1月至2013年12月)600例及观察组(2014年1月至2015年1月)600例，观察组实施程序化和谐护理，对比分析两组体检者护理质量及满意度。结果：观察组体检者等待时间、体检时间短于对照组，而观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale，HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对体检项目宣教、体检流程通畅度、环境舒适度及个人隐私保密度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体检依从率高于对照组，而体检意外事件发生率、护理纠纷事件、护理投诉率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：程序化和谐护理能有效提高体检中心护理质量，缩短体检者体检时间，降低体检者体检意外事件发生率，提高体检者满意度。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the results of procedural harmony nursing care to improve the quality of medical centers and examinees satisfaction. Methods: 1 200 cases undergoing a medical examination were divided into control groups (from January 2013 to December 2013, n=600) and observation group (from January 2014 to January 2015, n=600) from January 2013 to January 2015. The control groups were implemented with routine care and observation groups were implemented with harmony care. Results: The examination waiting time, medical time of observation group were shorter than that of the control group, while the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores of observation group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The missionary medical projects, medical procedures patency, environmental comfort and personal privacy score of observation group were higher than control groups (P<0.05), the examination compliance rate was higher in the observation group, while the rate of medical accidents, nursing disputes incident, nursing complaint rate were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The program of harmony care can improve the quality of care medical center, shorten examination time, lower the rate of accidents and improve the health examination satisfaction.
