超声造影技术在糖尿病慢性并发症诊疗中的应用

摘要
糖尿病是目前已知并发症最多的疾病,常影响人体多个器官功能。而大多数糖尿病慢性并发症治疗时只能延缓其进展,无法完全阻止或逆转。早防早治是糖尿病慢性并发症防治的重中之重,超声造影技术凭借其独特优势成为临床上筛查和诊断糖尿病慢性并发症的方法之一。由于造影剂的限制,超声造影技术在眼部等特殊组织的应用还有待商榷。但综合来看,相比其他检测手段,超声造影技术更加准确且无创,有望成为糖尿病慢性并发症早期诊断的主要手段。

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a disease with the most complications, which often affects the function of multiple organs. And most chronic complications of diabetes can only be delay the progression, can not be completely prevented or reversed in treatment. Early prevention and treatment is the most important task in the prevention and treatment of chronic complications of diabetes. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) has become one of the examination methods for clinical screening and diagnosis of chronic complications of diabetes due to its unique advantages. Due to the limitation of contrast media, the application of CEUS in special tissues such as eyes remains to be discussed. However, in general, CEUS is more accurate and non-invasive than other detection methods, which is expected to become the main means of early diagnosis of chronic complications of diabetes.
