整合子介导鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制研究进展

摘要
我国鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药情况严重,尤其近五年对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物耐药率逐年增高,进一步探讨耐药性增强的原因以及耐药菌株的流行传播有助于控制耐药的严重局面。整合子作为一种新的可移动基因元件,不仅能够捕获耐药基因组成耐药基因盒,而且与耐药基因水平传播密切相关,在鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制中发挥关键作用。本文就鲍曼不动杆菌整合子在国内外流行、表达情况与耐药方面的作用进行综述。

Advance in mechanism of integron mediated antibiotic resistance among clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii

Abstract
The resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to a wide range of clinical antibiotics is a severe problem in China, especially the resistance rate of A. baumannii isolates to carbopenems has been increasing in recent 5 years. Making a further investigation on the reasons for the increasing rate of resistance and the epidemiological spread of drug-resistant strains contributes to controlling the severe situation of resistance. Integron, as a new mobile gene element, not only able to capture resistance genes to compose resistance gene cassettes, but also closely related to the horizontal transmission of resistance genes, which plays a lead role in mechanisms of resistance among clinical isolates of A. baumannii. This review emphasizes on the prevalence, characterization and effect of integrons among isolates of A. baumannii both in China and abroad.
