摘要

内毒素耐受是机体避免炎症损伤的一种自我保护机制。最近的研究表明内毒素耐受的发生与 microRNA密切相关。本文拟对microRNA在内毒素耐受中的研究进展进行简要综述。

Abstract

Endotoxin tolerance is a self-protect approach which prevents body being injured by inflammation response. Recently studies have been proved that endotoxin tolerance was associated with microRNA. The associations between microRNAs and endotoxin tolerance were reviewed in present work.
