Abstract
Scaphoid fracture is the most common fracture in wrist fracture. Due to the complicated anatomical structure, special blood supply and difficulty in diagnosis, it is prone to delayed union or even nonunion after scaphoid fracture, leading to limited wrist function. Although there are many surgical methods for the treatment of scaphoid nonunion at home and abroad, there is still much controversy. In recent years, with the continuous development of minimally invasive technology, wrist arthroscopy has achieved good clinical application. It has been proved that arthroscopic-assisted bone grafting and internal fixation in the treatment of scaphoid nonunion has the advantages of low complications, high healing rate, and improvement of wrist joint function.
