生长因子在糖尿病角膜病变的作用

摘要
糖尿病角膜病变是糖尿病患者常见的眼表疾病，也是糖尿病患者失明的原因之一。多种生长因子在糖尿病角膜病变中通过不同途径、不同机制发挥重要作用。目前，关于生长因子对糖尿病角膜病变进展的研究大多是在体外培养和动物实验中进行，也有少量的临床试验。本文回顾了生长因子在维持角膜正常结构和功能及角膜上皮愈合过程中所起的作用，并提出其可能成为临床上治疗糖尿病角膜病变的方法。

Abstract
Diabetic keratopathy is one of the common complications in diabetic ocular surface diseases. It is also one of the common causes of blindness in patients with diabetes. Many growth factors play an important role in the healing of diabetic corneal diseases by different ways and mechanisms. At present, the research on the development of the growth factor to the diabetic corneal disease is mostly carried out in vitro and animal experiments, also has a small amount of clinical trials. This article reviews the growth factors in maintaining the normal structure and the function of cornea and corneal epithelial healing process, and proposes that it possible to be a clinical method for the treatment of diabetic keratopathy.
