摘要

结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)约占全球所有新发癌症的10%。CRC的病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚。由大量肠道微生物组成的肠道菌群位于肠上皮附近,参与机体能量获取、新陈代谢和免疫反应等生理活动。越来越多的证据表明肠道菌群失调可通过直接或间接的方式改变宿主的生理过程来影响CRC的发生、发展和对治疗的反应。此外,肠道菌群影响CRC的机制可以产生新的诊断和治疗方法,但仍有许多未知之处。

Abstract

Colorectal cancer (CRC) accounts for about 10% of all new cancer cases globally. However, the etiology and pathogenesis of CRC are not fully understood. The gut microbiota consists of a large number of intestinal microorganisms located near the intestinal epithelium and is involved in host physiological activities such as energy acquisition, metabolism and immune response. Increasing evidence suggests that dysbiosis of gut microbiota can affect the occurrence, development and treatment response of CRC by directly or indirectly altering host physiological processes. Furthermore, the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota affects CRC could lead to new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, but many remain unknown.
