关于智能分区门诊药房方案的探讨

摘要
目的:探讨改善医院门诊及取药慢、差错的现状。方法:以南方医院为样本进行研究开发,设计分区式门诊药房管理模式。结果:达到减少患者在医院的停留时间和就医过程的走动距离。解决医院通常无法改变的首层大厅嘈杂纷乱问题。结论:分区式门诊药房管理模式更好为门诊患者服务,提升医院形象。

Abstract
Objective: To improve hospital outpatient service and solve the problems of inaccuracy and inefficiency in medicine distribution. Methods: Researched and designed the management mode of partition outpatient pharmacy with Nanfang Hospital as sample. Results: Obviously reduced patients’ staying time and walking distance in the hospital, and solved the issue of noise and disorder in the hospital outpatient hall. Conclusion: Management mode of partition outpatient pharmacy can improve the outpatient service and the image of the hospital ultimately.
