Objective: To explore the effect of careful management and control of pressure ulcer trigger points in the treatment of children’s fracture skin traction. Methods: A total of 52 children with fractures in First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang who were treated in First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the control group; they were selected from August 2018 to February 2020 to implement pressure injury trigger point careful management and control. Fifty-two cases of children with fractures were selected as the observation group. Both groups were treated with skin traction. The clinical efficacy, incidence of skin complications, satisfaction of the children’s families and oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups. Results: The total clinical excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of skin complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the satisfaction of family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of SOD and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Careful control of the trigger point of pressure injury can improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the occurrence of skin complications, improve the satisfaction of children’s family members and alleviate the stress response. It is worth popularizing.
