摘要

结直肠癌(colorectal cancer，CRC)是最常见的胃肠道肿瘤之一，发病率与死亡率一直居高不下，因此其发病相关的分子机制的研究具有重要的临床意义。研究发现线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA，mtDNA)作为核外基因也参与肿瘤的生物学过程，为结直肠癌的发生发展机制的研究提供了新的思路。本文就线粒体DNA的改变在结直肠癌的最新研究进展进行概述。

Abstract

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common gastroenteric tumors, morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer remains high, therefore, the research on CRC tumorigenesis is of important clinical value. It has been reported that mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is also involved in biological process of tumor, which provides a new idea for CRC tumorigenesis mechanism study. This review provides an overview of the latest progress on mtDNA alteration in colorectal cancer.
