摘要

中性粒细胞迁移(neutrophil migration)是中性粒细胞重要的生物学功能之一，是中性粒细胞由骨髓或外周血趋化到病变部位活化并履行功能的必经步骤，近年来研究表明中性粒细胞迁移对肺部疾病的发生发展有着重要的作用，尤其在支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌、急性呼吸窘迫综合征等疾病中起关键作用，这或许为肺部疾病的诊治提供新的方向。本文对中性粒细胞的产生、释放、黏附、迁移及与肺部疾病的关系进行综述。

Abstract

Neutrophil migration is one of the crucial biological functions of neutrophils, which is the essential step for neutrophils coming from bone marrow or peripheral blood to the lesion to be activated and to execute its functions. Neutrophil migration plays pivotal roles of lung diseases especially in bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung cancer, acute respiratory distress syndrome and other diseases. It may bring to light a new insight for the diagnosis and treatments of lung diseases if neutrophil migration can be regulated moderately. In this paper, the production, release, adhesion, migration of neutrophils and the relationship with lung disease were reviewed.
