老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗进展

摘要
股骨粗隆间骨折是老年人常见的骨折类型之一，伴随世界人口老龄化，其发病率逐渐上升。由于生物力学的发展及手术技术的完善，股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方式不断进步，包括保守治疗、外固定支架、髓外钉板系统、髓内钉、人工关节置换等，但各种治疗方式的适应症及疗效不尽相同，本文将回顾国内外文献，对其治疗进展做一综述。

Abstract
Intertrochanteric fracture is one of the most common fractures of the hip especially in the elderly, and the incidence is increasing with the aging population. Due to the improvement of biomechanics and the development of surgical techniques, the treatments of intertrochanteric fracture continue to progress, including conservative treatment, external fixation, extramedullary nail plate system, intramedullary nail, prosthetic replacement and so on, but the operative indication and efficacy for each treatment are not all the same, this paper will review the domestic and foreign literature to make a summary of the advances in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
