供应室无菌物品的质量管理与临床需求协调性方案探讨

摘要
目的：对供应室无菌物品质量管理与临床需求协调的方案进行讨论，并对实施效果进行调查。方法：我院在2014年9月开展人员培训、完善制度、落实消毒制度、强化操作技能，并加强与临床科室之间的协调，同时调查开展上述工作后(2014年9月至2015年9月)我院无菌物品管理与临床需求的协调状况，并与调查前(2013年9月至2014年8月)情况相比较。结果：管理后消毒供应室器械洗涤合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率、发放合格率明显高于管理前，前后比较存在明显差异，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。管理后各个科室人员对供应室工作的满意度为90.0%；管理前各个科室人员对供应室工作的满意度为54.0%，前后比较存在明显差异，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：有效的管理不仅能够提升供应室无菌物品的质量管理水平，同时还能提升其与临床需求的协调性。

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the coordinated programs of supply room sterile quality management and clinical need, and to investigate the implementation effects. Methods: The hospital carried out personnel training, system perfection, disinfection system implementation, skill strength in September 2014, and strengthen the coordination of clinical departments, after these measures (September 2014 to September 2015) the coordination situations of supply room sterile quality management and clinical needs in our hospital were investigated, and compared with the situations before the investigation (September 2013 to August 2014). Results: After the management, the pass rate of washing equipment, packaging, sterilization, and payment in the supply room were significantly higher than those before the management, differences with statistical significance (P<0.05). The satisfaction of departments staff on the supply work after the management was 90.0%, while before the management was 54.0%, difference with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effective management can improve the supply room sterile quality management level, and improve the coordination with the clinical needs.
