摘要
糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌异常引起的以慢性长期高血糖为特征的一种代谢性疾病。糖尿病性骨质疏松是骨量减少、骨组织显微结构改变、骨强度减低、骨脆性增加等易发生骨折的代谢性骨病，是糖尿病在骨骼系统的重要并发症。糖尿病性骨质疏松发病机制研究已成为国内外研究热点。

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high blood glucose levels that result from defects in the body’s ability to produce and/or use insulin. Diabetic osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease in patients with diabetes mellitus and characterized by low bone mass, changed bone tissue microstructure, decreased bone quality, increased fragility and fracture risk. It has been listed as an important complication of diabetes in the skeletal system. The research of diabetic osteoporosis is attracting attention globally.
