肌内效贴布贴扎联合核心稳定训练对颈型颈椎病患者的康复作用

摘要

目的:探讨肌内效贴布贴扎联合核心稳定训练对颈型颈椎病(neck type cervical spondylopathy,NTCS)患者的康复作用。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月海南医学院第一附属医院康复医学科收治的110例NTCS患者,随机分为对照组(55例)与研究组(55例)。110例NTCS患者均接受常规干预,对照组在此基础上采用肌内效贴布贴扎治疗,研究组采用肌内效贴布贴扎联合核心稳定训练治疗,均持续治疗3~4周。观察两组治疗前后颈椎活动度、视觉模拟疼痛量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(cervical disability index,NDI)评分,比较两组康复疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后颈椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈和右侧屈的活动度均明显提高(均P<0.05),研究组治疗后上述颈椎活动度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后颈椎疼痛VAS和NDI评分均明显下降(均P<0.05),研究组治疗后上述评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组康复总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌内效贴布贴扎联合核心稳定训练能明显改善颈椎活动功能和缓解疼痛不适,可作为理想的NTCS康复治疗方案。

Rehabilitation effect of intramuscular effect patch combined with core stability training on patients with neck type cervical spondylosis

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of intramuscular effect patch combined with core stability training on the rehabilitation of patients with neck type cervical spondylosis (NTCS). Methods: A total of 110 NTCS patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (55 cases) and a study group (55 cases). All NTCS patients received routine intervention. The control group was treated with intramuscular effect patch, while the study group was treated with intramuscular effect patch combined with core stability training. The treatment lasted for 3–4 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the cervical mobility, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and cervical disability index (NDI) scores of the 2 groups were observed, and the rehabilitation effects of the 2 groups were evaluated and compared. Results: Compared with before the treatment, the activity of cervical flexion, extension, left flexion and right flexion in the 2 groups were significantly improved after the treatment (P<0.05), and the activity of cervical spine in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the vas and NDI scores of cervical pain in the 2 groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 94.55%, higher than 81.82% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Intramuscular effect pacth combined with core stability training can significantly improve the function of cervical spine and relieve pain and discomfort, which can be used as an ideal rehabilitation treatment for NTCS.
