多元化娱乐措施在术后疼痛护理中应用

摘要
目的：评价多元化娱乐措施在外科手术后疼痛护理中应用的价值。方法：对照比较多元化娱乐措施与非甾体止痛药物在改善患者术后中度疼痛体验的疗效，并记录疼痛缓解时间、不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度。结果：两组患者疼痛感受均得到不同程度缓解，多元化娱乐措施干预组无不良反应发生，护理满意度高。结论：术后增加多元化娱乐措施的干预有益于消除患者的疼痛体验，减少药物的应用及不良反应，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Diversified entertainment measures in nursing care of postoperative pain

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the value of diversified entertainment measures in nursing care of postoperative pain. Methods: The efficacy of diversified entertainment measures and non-steroidal anodyne were contrasted on patients undergoing midrange postoperative pain. The times of pain relief, adverse reactions and degree of satisfaction of nursing care were recorded. Results: The pain experience of patients in two groups was relieved in varying degrees. In diversified entertainment group, there was no adverse reaction case, the satisfaction of nursing care was high. Conclusion: The intervention of diversified entertainment measures was beneficial to eliminate of the pain experience of the postoperative patients, reduce the use of drug and the adverse drug reactions, and improve the degree of satisfaction of nursing care.
