百卉膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料在PICC医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤中的应用

Abstract
Objective: To observe the application effect of Baihui ointment combined with new medical dressing for adhesive-related skin injury in peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods: A total of 120 PICC patients with medical adhesive related skin injury were divided into an experimental group and a control group by convenience sampling method. The experimental group and the control group were treated with Baihui ointment combined with the new medical dressing for PICC, and momethasone furoate cream combined with the new medical dressing for PICC medical adhesive-related skin injury, respectively. Results: The efficacy of Baihui ointment combined with the new medical dressing in PICC catheterization patients with medical adhesive related skin injury in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the cure time, cure times and treatment cost in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baihui ointment combined with the new medical dressing for the patients with PICC medical adhesive related skin injury has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
