摘要
肾小球足细胞是一种呈高度分化、具有独特结构和功能的上皮细胞,且是构成肾小球滤过膜的重 要结构之一。足突的形态变化对于维持足细胞的正常生理功能尤其重要,而前者与肌动蛋白的排 列密切相关。Rho GTPases参与多种细胞生命活动,在细胞骨架的调控中发挥核心作用。因此,本 文就Rho GTPases对足细胞特异性裂孔膜(slit diaphragms,SD)骨架蛋白的调控作用进行综述。

Abstract
Glomerular podocytes are highly differentiated cells with unique architecture and function, and constitute the outer layer of glomerular filtration membrane. Their unique morphologies mainly depending on the dynamic actin cytoskeleton network are crucial for their physiological functions. Rho GTPases are involved in a variety of cellular activities, and play a central role in cytoskeleton regulation. The regulation on podocyte cytoskeleton by Rho GTPases, especially the cytoskeleton proteins located on slit diaphragms, is reviewed.
