摘要
Yes相关蛋白1(Yes-associated protein 1，YAP1)是Hippo信号通路下游中的一个转录共激活因子，既 可参与细胞生长、发育及DNA修复，也可作为癌基因促进细胞异常增殖及恶性转化。YAP1表达与 宫颈癌临床分期和淋巴结转移关系密切，可作为宫颈癌预后的独立影响因素。本文对YAP1在宫颈 癌中的研究现状与进展作一综述，探讨YAP1作为治疗靶点在宫颈癌患者预后及治疗中的意义。

Abstract
Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP1) is a transcriptional co-activator in the downstream of the Hippo signaling pathway. It can not only participate in cell growth, development, and DNA repair, but also act as an oncogene to promote abnormal cell proliferation and malignant transformation. It has been demonstrated that the expression of YAP1 is closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma, and may be an independent prognostic factor. This article examines the current status and progress of YAP1 in cervical cancer, and discusses the significance of YAP1 as a therapeutic target in the prognosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
