摘要

自2001年首次在前列腺癌中发现冷及薄荷醇感受器以来,人们不断意识到TRPM8在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中具有重要作用。TRPM8在多种肿瘤中的表达水平明显升高,并参与肿瘤的增殖、转移和免疫逃逸过程。本文拟对TRPM8在肿瘤增殖、迁移、凋亡和细胞自噬中的作用及分子机制作一综述。

Abstract

Since its first identification in 2001, TRPM8 has made its implication gradually recognized in cancer development and progression. Subsequent studies have verified an upregulation of TRPM8 in various malignances, and revealed its promoting role in tumor proliferation, metastasis, and immune evasion. The aim of this review is to summarize the role of TRPM8 in tumor proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis and autophagy as well as its molecular mechanism.
