自制膳食营养配方对老年慢性心力衰竭患者疗效、营养状况、生活质量的影响

摘要

目的:探讨自制膳食营养配方应用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年12月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院收治的100例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规饮食,观察组给予自制膳食营养配方。对比两组临床疗效、前后营养状况、生活质量及预后效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组;观察组6个月后白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均高于对照组;观察组再入院率、病死率低于对照组;观察组6个月后身体领域、社会经济、情绪领域、生活质量总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制膳食营养配方应用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者临床疗效显著,可提高生活质量,改善营养状况及预后。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of homemade dietary nutrition prescription on elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 50 cases each. The control group was given routine dietary intervention, and the observation group was given homemade dietary nutrition prescription intervention. The clinical efficacy, nutritional status, quality of life, and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; the levels of Alb, PA, TF and Hb of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 6 months after the intervention; the readmission rate and mortality rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the total scores of physical field, social economy, emotional field and quality of life of the observation group 6 months after the intervention were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The homemade dietary nutrition prescription intervention has obvious clinical effects in elderly patients with chronic heart failure, which can improve the quality of life, nutritional status and prognosis of chronic heart failure.
