Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of milking diary combined with syringe collection colostrum method used in mother-infant separation on early lactation. Methods: A total of 96 cases of separated mothers and infants in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given regular lactation guidance, and the observation group was given regular lactation based on milking diary combined with syringe collection colostrum intervention. The number of milking, milking volume, milking initiation time, breast tenderness and postpartum depression were compared between the two groups at 0–24 h, 25–48 h and 49–72 h postpartum. Results: The number of milking in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 0–24 h, 25–48 h and 49–72 h postpartum (P<0.05). The milking volume of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 0–24 h, 25–48 h and 49–72 h after delivery (P<0.05). The onset of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). The breast pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of milking diary combined with syringe collection of colostrum can effectively increase the number of milking and milking volume of the parturient, shorten the time of milking, relieve breast pain, and reduce postpartum depression.
