前瞻性护理教育对腹腔镜小儿疝气手术患儿依从性、术后恢复的影响

摘要

目的:探讨前瞻性护理教育对腹腔镜小儿疝气手术患儿依从性、术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年12月于上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院行腹腔镜手术治疗的300例疝气患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=150)采用常规护理,试验组(n=150)采用前瞻性护理教育,比较两组患儿依从性、术后恢复及并发症情况、焦虑抑郁状态及家长对护理的满意度。结果:术后,试验组患儿治疗依从率(96.00%)显著优于对照组(87.33%);试验组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1个月,试验组汉密尔顿焦虑自评量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、儿童抑郁量表(Children’s Depression Inventory,CDI)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理期间,试验组和对照组患儿术后并发症发生率分别为4.67%和8.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患儿家长在健康教育、护理态度两个方面的护理满意度得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性护理教育可以提升腹腔镜疝气手术患儿术后依从性,改善其焦虑抑郁状态,显著缩短术后住院时间,家长满意度更高。

Effects of prospective nursing education on compliance and postoperative recovery of children undergoing laparoscopic hernia surgery

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effects of prospective nursing education on compliance and postoperative recovery of children undergoing laparoscopic hernia surgery. Methods: A total of 300 children with hernia undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were enrolled as the research objects. Random-number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups: the control group (n=150) received routine nursing care, and the experimental group (n=150) received prospective nursing education. The compliance, postoperative recovery, complications, anxiety and depression status of children, and parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After surgery, the treatment compliance rate was significantly better in experimental group than control group (96.00% vs 87.33%), and hospitalization time was significantly shorter in experimental group (P<0.05). After 1 month of nursing, scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI) were significantly lower in experimental group than control group (P<0.05). During nursing, there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between experimental group and control group (4.67%, 8.67%) (P>0.05). The scores of parental nursing satisfaction with health education and nursing attitude were significantly higher in experimental group than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Prospective nursing education can enhance postoperative compliance of children undergoing laparoscopic hernia surgery, improve anxiety and depression, and significantly shorten postoperative hospitalization time, with higher parental satisfaction.
