摘要

近年来,RNA表观修饰引起了全球学者的重视。在所有已知的RNA修饰中,N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)修饰是主要的RNA修饰。作为一种动态且可逆的修饰,m6A被“作家蛋白”(RNA甲基转移酶)催化,被“橡皮擦蛋白”(去甲基酶)去除,并与“阅读蛋白”(m6A结合蛋白)相互作用,从而影响RNA的剪接、易位、稳定性和翻译,进而调节细胞的多种生理进程,尤其是在癌症的发展方面具有重要作用。

Abstract

In recent years, RNA epigenetic modification has attracted the attention of global scholars. Among all known RNA modifications, N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification is the main one. As a dynamic and reversible modification, m6A is catalyzed by “writer protein” (RNA methyltransferase), removed by “eraser protein” (demethylase), and interacts with “reading protein” (m6A binding protein), thereby affecting RNA splicing, translocation, stability, and translation, and then regulating various physiological processes of cells. In particular, it plays an important role in the development of cancer.
