中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展

摘要
中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)定义为中性粒细胞数量除以淋巴细胞数量,是对不同应激刺激的一般免疫反应的标志。中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞被认为在肿瘤的发展中起着重要作用,中性粒细胞具有抗肿瘤和促进肿瘤发生和发展的双重作用,而淋巴细胞是最突出的抗肿瘤细胞(特别是CD8+T淋巴细胞)。NLR既考虑了中性粒细胞的作用,也考虑了淋巴细胞的作用,反映了肺癌患者慢性炎症中出现的骨髓生成的改变。NLR是容易测量和可重复的标志物,这为肺癌相关炎症提供一种简单而廉价的评估途径。NLR在整个肺癌诊疗过程中的动态演变为预测肺癌尤其是非小细胞肺癌患者的早期治疗失败、肿瘤进展和预后、计划未来的随访和治疗提供了依据。

Abstract
Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is defined as the number of neutrophils divided by the number of lymphocytes and is a sign of a general immune response to different stress stimuli. Neutrophils and lymphocytes are considered to play an important role in the development of tumors. Neutrophils have anti-tumor effects but also promote the occurrence and development of tumors. On the contrary, lymphocytes are the most prominent anti-tumor cells (especially CD8+T lymphocytes). NLR considers both the roles of neutrophils and lymphocytes, reflecting the changes in bone marrow production that occurs in chronic inflammation in lung cancer patients. NLR is an easy-to-measure and repeatable marker, which provides simple and inexpensive access of evaluation for lung cancer-related inflammation. The dynamic evolution of the balance state of NLR throughout the whole diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer provides insights for lung cancer patients, especially for predicting the treatment failure of non-small cell lung cancer in the early stage, tumor progression and prognosis, and planning future follow-up as well as treatment.
