摘要
心力衰竭是心血管疾病的终末期，是现今全球发病率和病死率的主要原因。越来越多的研究表明：肠道菌群失调及肠道菌群代谢产物与心力衰竭的发生发展之间存在着显著相关性，因此针对肠道菌群及其代谢产物的靶向治疗有望成为改善心力衰竭的新的治疗策略。现就肠道菌群及其代谢产物在心力衰竭中的作用以及靶向治疗心力衰竭的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract
Heart failure is the end stage of cardiovascular disease and the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide today. More and more studies have shown that there is a significant correlation between the imbalance of intestinal flora and intestinal flora and the occurrence and development of heart failure. Therefore, targeted therapy for intestinal flora and its metabolites are expected to become a new treatment strategy to improve heart failure. This article reviews the role of intestinal flora and its metabolites in heart failure and the research progress of targeted therapy for heart failure.
