长链非编码RNA在膀胱癌诊治中的前景

摘要
膀胱癌是最常见的泌尿系恶性肿瘤之一，复发率高，预后差，严重危险人类健康。在膀胱癌的机制研究上，长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA，lncRNA)在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起重要作用，有望成为早期诊断标志物和治疗新靶标。

Abstract
Bladder cancer is one of the most common urinary malignancies with a high recurrence rate, poor prognosis, and serious risk to human health. In the study on the mechanism of bladder cancer, it has been found that long non-coding RNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer, which is expected to be an early diagnostic marker and a new therapeutic target.
