摘要

黏液性肾上腺皮质肿瘤是一种较为罕见的肾上腺皮质肿瘤。嘉兴学院附属医院2017年11月收治1名30岁男性患者，上腹部增强CT检查示右侧肾上腺腺瘤，予右侧肾上腺肿瘤切除。术后病理诊断黏液性肾上腺皮质肿瘤。随访至2019年10月20日，患者无不适，未见复发及转移。

Abstract

Myxoid adrenocortical neoplasm is a rare adrenocortical tumor. In November 2017, a 30-year-old male patient was admitted in Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University. The right adrenal adenoma was considered upper abdominal by contrast-enhanced CT. Pathological diagnosis was myxoid adrenocortical tumor after the surgery. Until October 20th 2019, the patient was followed up without obvious discomfort or local tumor recurrence and metastasis.
