摘要
桥本氏甲状腺炎(Hashimoto’s thyroidits，HT)是一种常见的甲状腺特异性自身免疫性疾病，主要以弥漫性淋巴细胞浸润为主的细胞免疫及甲状腺产生自身特异性抗体为主的体液免疫为特点。甲状腺癌是近几年发病率增长最快的恶性肿瘤之一，以甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma，PTC)最常见，其周围常伴随着巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、淋巴细胞等免疫炎性细胞的浸润。近年来，HT常合并PTC发生，而两者频繁共存并且都有免疫炎性细胞浸润证明两者之间存在一定的免疫学关系。

Abstract
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is a common specific autoimmune disease of thyroid, major characterized by cellular immunity which is dominated by diffuse lymphocytic infiltration and humoral immunity which is based on the production of autospecific antibodies of thyroid. Thyroid cancer is one of the fastest growing malignant tumors in recent years. Among them, papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most common one. It is often accompanied by immunoinflammatory cell infiltration of macrophages, mast cells, lymphocytes and the like. In recent years, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis often occurs with papillary thyroid carcinoma. The frequently coexist and both have immunoinflammatory cell infiltration prove that there is a certain immunological relationship between them.
