免疫相关性周围神经病研究进展

摘要
周围神经疾病病因众多，目前免疫相关性周围神经病成为研究热点。近年来各国学者针对周围神经不同组成区域(郎飞结区、结侧区、近结侧区)进行探索，从而不断发现新的抗体，对免疫介导的周围神经疾病的诊断和治疗有重要的指导意义。

Abstract
It is now apparent that immune-related peripheral neuropathy has become an important cause of acquired peripheral neuropathy.This review summarises recent antibodies involved of nodal, paranodalregion and juxtaparanodalregion, which have already begun to inform increasingly targeted and individualised therapies.
