摘要
IgA肾病发病机制复杂,尚未完全了解。一些microRNA(miRNA)在IgA肾病患者中出现差异性的表达,提示可能参与IgA肾病的发病机制,作为新的非创伤性生物标志物,miRNA为诊断、预防以及改善IgA肾病预后提供了新的研究方向。

Abstract
The pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy is complex and has not been fully understood. Some microRNAs (miRNAs) are differentially expressed in patients with IgA nephropathy, suggesting that miRNA may be involved in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy. As a new non-invasive biomarker, miRNA provides a new research direction for the diagnosis, prevention and improvement of the prognosis of IgA nephropathy. This paper reviews the literatures about the relationship between IgA nephropathy and some miRNAs at home and abroad.
