甲状腺结节细针穿刺基因检测进展

摘要
部分甲状腺结节进行甲状腺细针穿刺后仍然不能明确诊断,如何提高甲状腺癌的确诊率成为当下甲状腺疾病研究热点。研究发现,多种基因参与甲状腺癌的发生、发展,在细针穿刺的基础上,这些基因检测可作为补充检查帮助识别甲状腺癌。但是不同的基因针对不同分型的甲状腺癌有不同的临床结局,且单独的基因检测应用具有有限的诊疗价值,需要联合检测才能更好地进行鉴别诊断。

Abstract
Some thyroid nodules remain undiagnosed after fine needle aspiration biopsy. How to improve the diagnosis rate of thyroid cancer has become a hot research topic in thyroid disease. Previous studies have found that multiple genes were involved in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer. On the basis of fine needle aspiration biopsy, these genetic tests could be used as supplementary tests to help identify thyroid cancer. However, different genes had different clinical outcomes for different types of thyroid cancer, and the application of individual gene detection had limited diagnostic and therapeutic value. Therefore, joint detection by the fine needle aspiration biopsy and the genetic tests is required to make a better differential diagnosis.
