荧光成像用于胃癌诊治的研究进展

摘要
胃癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,发病率逐年上升,因此胃癌的早期诊断和治疗尤为重要。荧光成像技术具有高度灵敏性和实时体内观察的优势,在早期胃癌的诊断和胃癌的手术治疗方面有着广阔的应用前景。基于不同荧光材料发展出的荧光成像技术在动物试验和临床研究有着不同程度的应用,荧光材料的不断发展也推动了荧光成像技术的进步,为临床上诊断和治疗胃癌提供了新的选择。本文对不同荧光材料在胃癌诊断和治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract
Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive tract in China, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer is particularly important. Fluorescence imaging technology has the advantages of high sensitivity and real-time in vivo observation, and has broad application prospects in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and surgical treatment of gastric cancer. The fluorescent imaging technology based on different fluorescent materials has been applied to animal experiments and clinical studies in varying degrees. The continuous development of fluorescent materials has also promoted the advancement of fluorescent imaging technology and provided new options for clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. This article reviews the application progress of different fluorescent materials in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
