摘要
缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia inducible factor,HIF)是缺氧诱导细胞所产生的一种蛋白质,包括HIF-1α和HIF-1β,其中HIF-1α参与了生物体的氧气供应、细胞代谢等病理生理过程,在心血管疾病中扮演重要的角色,如动脉粥样硬化、高血压、肺动脉高压、心肌病、先天性心脏病、心律失常等。

Abstract
Hypoxia inducing factor (HIF) is a protein produced by hypoxia induced cells, including HIF-1α, and HIF-1β. HIF-1α is involved in the pathophysiological processes such as oxygen supply and cell metabolism. Meanwhile, HIF-1α plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, and arrhythmia.
