IgA肾病肾血管病变与临床病理改变及肾功能相关性的研究进展

摘要
IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy，IgAN)已经成为全世界最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，在我国原发性肾小球疾病中所占比例更是高达45.2%~58.2%，是导致终末期肾功能衰竭的常见原因之一，超过30%的患者20年内可以进展为终末期肾衰竭。而血管病变在IgA肾病中有较高的发生率，是判断IgA肾病预后不良的重要指标之一，与IgA肾病的肾功能、病理改变密切相关，在不同程度上促进的IgA肾病的进展。

Abstract
IgA nephropathy (IgAN) has become the most common primary glomerular disease in the world, accounting for 45.2% to 58.2% of the primary glomerular diseases in China. IgAN is a common cause of end-stage renal failure, and more than 30% of IgAN patients can progress to end-stage renal failure within 20 years. Vascular disease has a high incidence in IgAN, which promotes the progression of IgAN in different extent and the important indicators for judging the poor prognosis of IgAN. It is closely related to the clinical renal function and pathological changes of IgAN.
