摘要

对1例多发性内分泌腺瘤病1型(multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1, MEN1)合并低血糖昏迷的患者进行临床回顾性分析。患者，女性，43岁，以反复低血糖为主要症状就诊，辅助检查提示胰岛细胞瘤、垂体瘤、甲状旁腺功能亢进、肾上腺结节，临床诊断为MEN1。

Abstract

A clinical retrospective analysis of a case with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) with hypoglycemia coma. A 43-year-old female, presented with repeated severe hypoglycemia as the main symptom. The laboratory examinations revealed insulinoma, pituitary adenoma, hyperparathyroidism, and adrenal nodules. The clinical diagnosis was MEN1.
