舒适护理在关节镜下肩袖修补术中的应用效果

摘要
目的：分析患者关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗期间施行手术室舒适护理的过程及效果。方法：研究对象为2017年1月至2019年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第904医院接受关节镜下肩袖修补手术治疗的70例患者，随机分为对照组(采取手术室常规护理)和观察组(采取手术室舒适护理)，评估并比较各组患者舒适感及满意度。结果：观察组患者手术期间各项舒适评分均较对照组更优(P<0.05)，同时对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：关节镜下肩袖修补手术期间施行手术室舒适护理能够减轻患者痛苦，提高舒适感，值得应用推广。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the process and effect of comfortable nursing in the operating room during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods: The study period was from January 2017 to December 2019. The study subjects were 70 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery in our hospital. They were randomly divided into groups, the control group received routine nursing in the operating room, and the observation group received surgery. Room comfort nursing, evaluate the comfort and satisfaction of patients in each group, and compare the differences. Results: The comfort scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05), and their satisfaction with nursing services was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The comfort of the operating room during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery can reduce the pain and improve the comfort of the patients, which is worthy of application and promotion.
